Instantly download quality, cut-ready SVG and DXF Files from Bad Dog Metalworks.

The buyer shall only use our digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. With the purchase of this digital file, you are buying the right to create consumer products. You are not purchasing the right to resell and/or share the digital file you purchased. Bad Dog Metalworks retains full ownership of the file for resale purposes.

By accessing our website(s) at https://baddogmetalworks.com or https://etsy.com/shop/baddogmetalworks, and https://etsy.com/shop/baddogmetalsigns, you agree to be bound by our terms of service, applicable laws, and regulations. With the purchase of this digital content, you agree to be bound by our terms of service. The content contained in this listing is protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Please read our policy carefully, as it affects your legal rights. If you disagree, please do not purchase. 

TERMS OF USE

  • Failure to comply with our terms means that you are in violation of the purchase agreement. This will result in immediate termination of your user license without a refund. Should your permission to use be terminated, you must discontinue the usage and destroy all downloaded content in your possession.  

USER LICENSE/PERMISSIONS

  • Upon downloading this content, you will not own it; instead, we are permitting you to use it (known as the license to use) per our terms. This license is for singular use (granted to the original purchaser only) and is personal to you but not exclusive to you. We supply other customers with the same or similar licenses.
  • You may use these digital files for personal, non-commercial usage as a tool for producing your own finished product(s). You may only modify these designs to create a finished, physical product.
  • This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title; under this license, you MAY NOT:
  1. Change or modify these designs to sell/share/trade/redistribute as any form of digital content. 
  2. Sell, trade, share or redistribute as-is to third parties.
  3. Copy, duplicate, or upload these files, except for making necessary backups for your own usage. We will not provide you with additional copies for any reason. (Lost, misplaced, computer issues, etc.) 
  4. Post our designs in black and white or high-resolution png/svg format on any website, social media outlets, or sales platforms.
  5. Upload any of our designs to POD (print on demand) services like, but not limited to, TeeLaunch, Zazzle, Redbubble, Printify, etc.
  6. Use our physical product photos and/or product descriptions and titles.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Our digital subscription service customers are bound by the same agreements outlined here. Should you not remain in compliance, we will cancel your subscription without warning or refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Our websites and all content located within, including but not limited to artwork, photography, product titles, descriptions, text, graphics, and other files, are the intellectual property of Bad Dog Metalworks and/or its licensors. Usage of the above-mentioned without permission is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license to use. Please be aware it is improper and a possible violation of the law to download, distribute, or post any material that you do not own or do not have permission to use. Violating someone else's intellectual properties, trademarks, or copyrights may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties. 

We reserve the right to revoke your license at any time for any reason that we deem to be in violation of our user agreement.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of digital content, you are agreeing upon purchasing that there are absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancelations. Our files are clean, cut-ready, and tested on multiple machines/platforms and software. While it is our mission to provide you with quality files, it is the user's responsibility to understand their machinery. We do not offer machine training or support at this time. However, if you have an issue or question, we'd be happy to help assist you the best we can.

MODIFICATIONS

Bad Dog Metalworks reserves the right to change our terms of service at any time. By using our websites, you agree to the current version of said terms.

RETURNS

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless:

• You receive the wrong item.
• Your item arrives damaged.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our parcels are insured. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos. If the packaging is damaged, take photos of that as well. Contact us here and we will work with you to either replace your order or refund you.

SHIPPING

Each piece is made to order and ships out to the continental United States within 5-10 business days.

We currently only ship to the continental U.S. Please contact us for a quote on International shipping. 

DIGITAL FILES

The buyer shall only use our digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement.

With the purchase of this digital file, you are buying the right to create consumer products. You are not purchasing the right to resell and/or share the digital file you purchased. Bad Dog Metalworks retains full right of the file for resale purposes.

Please secure your digital content, as your download link will be limited. We do not send replacement files.

Please note, all digital designs come with two dxf files. These are not different designs or revisions. They are alternate formats. Some machines will work with either, while other machines/software prefer specific DXF formats. If you have an issue, please try the included alternate dxf before assuming it's the file.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

While we do our very best to provide you with a perfect sign, please use caution when handling. Depending on the design, sharp edges are possible. Properly secure your artwork on the wall. Keep in mind that bare metal signs will rust organically if you don't finish them. (Which is often done intentionally to achieve a rustic look) We also provide powder coat services that will do all of the work for you. Each powder coated piece easily wipes down using just a damp cloth & is safe for outdoor display.

MOUNTING

How do I hang my art?

Some of our signs come with mounting holes. This will reflect in the product photos. However, others do not. For those designs, you can use the cut-out areas to tuck small finishing nails.

FAQ'S

I see your signs on other shops and websites. What’s up with that?

We don't just sell metal artwork. Our art was in such demand that we decided to sell our designs to other small businesses too! It's highly likely you'll see your favorite Bad Dog cuts all over the internet.

Do you offer different sizes?

We can make ANY of our designs larger. However, not all designs are candidates to make smaller. Smaller pieces often result in loss of details. In other words, bigger is usually better. Contact us now for a custom size quote.

What's up, pups?

Bad Dog Metalworks is our youngest (pup) born out of the desire to stop working for the man. We are a small, family-owned, and operated business out of the midwest. When we started, we thought we'd be selling handmade metal art and home decor, but the universe had additional plans for us. Because quickly after, we had a lot of interest from other makers to share our custom designs and blueprints. We began offering dxf and svg files of our original artwork to other people in our industry. (There's enough room for everyone to eat, right?) Hence why you see Bad Dog designs offered by a lot of other small businesses and makers.

Our digital content is a step above the rest. Each design is scrutinized for symmetry and balance, with minimal nodes; Delivering you with the cleanest cutting dxf and svg files in the industry. We love seeing other small businesses succeed!

We pride ourselves on high-quality metal art. Since each piece is made-to-order, everything we produce is created with you, the customer, in mind.
